We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.
30-day returns
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you also have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order.
Condition
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We’re unable to accept items that have been fitted or damaged after delivery (unless the item was faulty on arrival).
How to return
Email support@bestparts4u.com with your order number and the reason for return, and we’ll send you the return address and instructions.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you received a faulty or wrong item, we’ll cover return postage and offer a full refund or free replacement. Just email us within 30 days.
